Cocoa Village Playhouse

Chris and I were given tickets to see Peter Pan at the Cocoa Village Playhouse last night. It was a fun night out together, but I would have to give a poor review on the show. The person who played Peter Pan was not too impressive (I know, I am picky). However, the sets were amazing and the orchestra played some beautiful music. Tiger Lily was my favorite singer/dancer - she should have been Peter! Anyway, I had a great time getting away with my hubby, it was a beautiful night. And it was also fun testing out my Nikon in the Theater. We were in the last row and these pics turned out SO GOOD. That made me happy!

My family so generously made it possible for me to get a new camera for my birthday. After much shopping and waiting, it finally arrived! It is so fun!! Thanks to all who made this possible. Hopefully, I will be able to use this to serve our whole family. Just give me some time to learn it first =).

Surprise!

This past weekend my husband released me from my responsibilities at home, to join with the "Boutique for a Week" girls in Winter Garden for the best kids sale EVER!! It was amazing. If you did not get in on the fun (you still can!), I'll be posting more on that later. I want you to see what you missed out on! It was incredible. Anyway, back to my post. My husband served me heroically by caring for our three sick kids. I expected to come home to a very tired husband and messy house! Although the house was not messy, my husband was tired. But not only did he hold down the fort and care for our kids, he surprised me with a huge blessing. Somehow, he managed to take the kids to Ikea by himself (and no he did not drop them off in the "kids zone" to play) and give my laundry room a complete makeover! I was SHOCKED!! Thanks, Babe. You are the best! I have never been so excited to wash clothes! Love you...
