The girls

Ok, so it has been almost 3 months since my last post. It's amazing how life can get going and the holidays can interupt your normal rythm. Anyway, I am going to attempt to catch up on the last few months over the next few days.

Carlye and I surprised Chris for Christmas by get our pictutes taken and framing them for his office. They turned out so good! My good friends, Libby and Tammy Neu, are up and rising photographers and did an amazing job for us. I think they have found their gifting! Thanks, girls. These are just a few of my favorites...

Family Bike Rides Here We Come!

Chris and I have really been wanting to find a way to all go on a bike ride together. I have been searching for a good deal on a bike trailer for months. Well, today while doing my normal Saturday garage saling...I FOUND ONE!!! I haven't wanted to pay too much and every time I see one on Craigslist it's already gone. I got this one for $35. I am so excited and so are the twins. Here are pictures from a little test trip this afternoon. We plan on doing a family bike ride tonight.

Carlye was SO excited!

Someone came to visit...

This morning has been quite exciting. Me and the kids were having breakfast this morning and noticed out the window that we had a visitor. This was not your typical guest! Jack, Carlye and Brian were so excited to meet him. We gave him a warm welcome, food and a good home. We plan to set him free tonight, but not until the kids get to show him to daddy. They can't wait! Since the kids love the Wonder Pets, we have chosen to name him Tuck!

It's 7-11!

In celebration of July 11th, you can get a free Slurpee at 7-11 today. Being a passionate Slurpee lover, I ventured our with my kids before lunch time for a yummy free treat! I was a little disappointed by the size, but it was perfect for my little ones. Needless to say, I got a lot of looks while we were sitting on the curb in front of 7-11 enjoying our Coke Slurpees. One lady said, "Are they all yours?"
